How quickly will a senior partner actually reply?
Within four working hours during Gulf business days (Sun — Thu, 09:00 — 18:00 GST). We do not run a sales team — the partner who'll lead the engagement reads your email and writes back personally. If you contact us on a Friday, you'll hear from us by Sunday morning.
Is the first 30-minute call actually free?
Yes — no cost, no obligation, no slide deck. A senior partner will spend 30 minutes listening to your challenge and giving you a candid read on whether we can help. If the fit isn't there, we'll point you to two or three other firms who are better placed.
Do you work with companies outside the UAE?
Yes. Our UK practice is in London, and we serve clients in the GCC, wider MENA region, the UK and continental Europe. About 35% of our work is cross-border mandates where a UK + UAE team operates as one unit.
What does an engagement typically cost?
Engagements range from a $25,000 strategy diagnostic to multi-year transformation mandates above $1m. We'll always quote a fixed fee or a clearly capped time-and-materials arrangement. We don't do billable-hour surprises — every proposal includes a fee cap.
Will I deal with the partner, or get handed to a junior?
Senior partners lead every engagement end-to-end. Associates and analysts may support the work, but the partner who pitched the engagement is accountable for delivery and writes the final deliverables. We deliberately run a low-associate-to-partner ratio of 2:1 — about half the industry average.
Do you sign NDAs before the first call?
We can sign a mutual NDA before the first conversation if you prefer — just say so in your enquiry and we'll send a one-page template by return. For most initial conversations, our internal confidentiality protocols are sufficient.
Is my enquiry confidential?
Yes. All enquiries are treated as commercially confidential and are only seen by the senior partner and one CRM administrator. We never share your details with third parties, never list your name in case studies without written consent, and never resell contact data.
